Disease happened with vata dosha aggravation can be treated with Basti treatment, Disease happened with pitta dosha aggravation can be treated with Virechana treatment, Disease happened with kapha dosha aggravation can be treated with Vaman treatment. Same way to pacifying vata dosha we oil, pacifying pitta dosha we use ghee and pacifying kapha dosha we use Honey.
